You will need to first create a user profile before you will be able to login to view your utility account.


 
Attention Google Chrome Users:
If the display of the Utility portal looks strange, you might need to clear the cached images of your Chrome browser.

Here are the instructions:

    1.) Click the 3 dots towards the upper right-hand side of Chrome
    2.) Hover over "More Tools"
    3.) Click "Clear Browsing Data..."
    4.) The only option you need checked is "Cached images and files"
    5.) Click "Clear Data" towards the bottom of that window

 

Once you have a user profile, then you can proceed with logging into THE ONLINE UTILITY BILL PAY
